Eddie did a WONDERFUL job cleaning the floors. This was my sister's house. She passed away so there was over a year of grime that needed to be cleaned. I wish I had a before picture, but trust me, the white tile was very dirty. We are very pleased and would be happy to use Austin Steam It again. Thanks!

Moved into my rental place and felt like the carpets could have been better cleaned. Peace of mind knowing that they were cleaned and then seeing the carpet and it looks half ass done. Seemed like tech rushed the job & didn’t go over it but once & quick. I reached out to my property manager and this is who they used. I reached out to the company and was told the boss would call me. No call back that week, so I called again, then twice & no answer. I ended up renting a rug doctor and it CLEANED MY CARPETS 100X better. I’m sure there’s better business out there. That’s my review.

Eddie Jr was my tech that came out and did my carpet. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! He helped me understand how everything works! Gave me a few recommendations for the replacement that the landlord did before. He got every stain out (except some of the ones I really wanted off but not his fault!) I would recommend him to anyone who would like to hire Austin steam!

I have worked with a lot of carpet cleaning companies over the years for my line of business with real estate & property management and Austin Steam IT is at the top of my list now. When I talked to Mike on the phone, he was able to get me worked into their very busy schedule and it meant the world to me after a no-show from a different company. The outstanding customer service didn’t stop there. A guy by the name of Andy showed up to steam clean the carpets and wow……super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure they extracted as much steam/water from the carpets as possible for a quick dry since I had tenants moving in the next day, found a few spots that even I had missed, and just overall went above and beyond. So hard to find guys like Mike & Andy that really do care in this fast paced world we live in now were the customer service of so many companies is no longer existent. Thanks guys! More work headed your way!
